About the Owner. . .
Since July 2006, Owner Michelle L. Riley has built a solid reputation as one of  Alabama's most trusted mobile notary service.  Michelle is committed to providing quality service to Madison County Alabama, and surrounding areas. She believes that a reputation as an honest and reliable business owner is the recipe for success.

Michelle became an Alabama Commissioned Notary Public in 2005. As a state-wide notary, she has the authority to notarize documents throughout the entire state of Alabama.  In the past four years, she has notarized thousands of legal documents.  As a member of the National Notary Association, she received the designation of Certified Notary Signing Agent.  She is also an active member of the American Society of Notaries.

In 2008, Michelle became a Process Server for Civil Process for Huntsville, Alabama.  That line of business is now known as d/b/a Huntsville Process Server.

As a Designated E-Verify Agent she is authorized to act on behalf of employers and Federal Contractors  The E-Verify system is operated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Security in partnership with the Social Security Administration.

Huntsville Mobile Notary is an active member with the Madison County Chamber of Commerce, and an Accredited Business with the Better Business Bureau.

In May 2010, Michelle will graduate from UAHuntsville with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, and a minor in Political Science.

Michelle is not an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama and she may not and will not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.
