Huntsville Process Server is an independent, locally-owned, and licensed Process Service company in Huntsville, Alabama and Madison County. In 2010, we are limiting our Process Service activities to the cities of Huntsville and Madison, Alabama.
On a case-by-case basis we will consider requests for service in other Madison County areas.
Fees:
Routine Service: 1st Attempt is made within 48 hours, 25 miles or less Cost: $55.00
Expedited Service: 1st Attempt is made within 24 hours Cost: $75.00
Terms of Service
Payment is expected in advance. Payable to: Huntsville Process Server.
We adhere to Alabama's Civil Process procedures. We offer professional attempts and prompt return of proof of service.
As owner and operator, I will personally serve all papers. I have the ability to receive summonses and subpoenas via: U.S. Mail, FedEx, UPS, Email, and Fax. There is an additional $10 print fee for large Email & Fax documents. Status updates provided via email and/or text at no additional charge.
